Zander was adopted by Cocoa in August 2024 from the Monterey SPCA. Right away Zander demanded the classy life since he was always dressed to impress in his tuxedo fur. Therefore, Cocoa has taken him traveling to all the top destinations including all the best beaches the Pacific Northwest has to offer and the stunning horizons seen in Las Vegas and Texas.

Though he spent more than a year living in the van, Goldbug, he is quite content living in a sticks-and-bricks apartment in a remote fishing town in Alaska. The inside space provides him lots of surfaces to climb and places to hunker down for a nap, or two or three.

Currently Zander is working on his memoirs, since his human is too unfocused to write her own, so he stays quite busy most nights, though his days are reserved for long walks in the forest while on a leash controlled by his human, UGH!
